After submitting the online application you will immediately receive a response by email from Wells Fargo with:

I am approved and want to move forward with my order, what are the next steps?
STEP 1: SUBMIT SIGNED CLAWES CARPETS AGREEMENT.
Once approved, contact your Sales Associate at Clawes Carpets and submit signed copies of your Clawes Carpets contract by email or in person to Clawes Carpets. Let your Sales Associate know the approval amount and your Wells Fargo customer number.
Clawes Carpets will then submit the application to Wells Fargo, the issuer of the credit card.
STEP 2: SUBMIT SIGNED ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT FROM WELLS FARGO.
Once Wells Fargo receives the application from Clawes Carpets, they will require a final electronic signature to complete the process. This will be sent to you by email from Wells Fargo. Please allow 48-72 hours to receive the email. Once you complete the final electronic signature, Clawes can begin the order.
STEP 3: CUSTOMER RECEIVES CONFIRMATION OF ORDER.
Once you have signed the final electronic signature Clawes will be notified by Wells Fargo and Clawes can begin your order. You will receive an email of your contract reflecting the payment made and the order for your floor is now submitted.
